I'll try to get you a quote, but with new projects I don't really know how much time and effort I'll have to dedicate to the piece and thus do not yet know how much cash it would take for me to be willing to part with it.

Each piece is unique so I cannot ensure uniform size, shape, or character even among similar pieces. I can, however, promise not to ship out anything that is damaged or does not meet my standards. As with most artists, I am my own worst critic. If a piece is not forming itself according to my concept, it becomes a different piece and I start over on the one you requested.

If you are not satisfied with one of the 'copy' pieces you have received, return it and you will receive a full refund, less \ x X Hours for labor.
If you decide before it is shipped (or completed) that would like a different piece instead, a charge will be added to the new piece.
If you decide before it is shipped that you are no longer interested in this purchase, all but of your initial payment will be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with a commissioned piece, it may be refundable, at my discretion. This will be based entirely on whether I think I will be able to sell it.
